review: Under the Rowan Trees travel notebook

I wrote previously on what I pack for journaling on holidays and luck would have it, Under the Rowan Trees kindly sent me their new Travel Notebook to trial for my next holiday!

Made from durable PU leather & embossed with their distinct rowan tree logo, the Travel Notebook is compact, tactile and perfect for popping in your bag.

The Travel Notebook comes complete with an insert and a pocketed folder for keeping all those receipts, tickets, passes and ephemera together.

Use it not only as an on-the-going journaling companion, it can also serve as a wallet for your travel documents like boarding passes, hotel confirmations and emergency currency.

Available in 3 colours, brown, teal and turquoise and only £15 each with inserts only £3.50, they are a fun and affordable alternative to the Traveler’s Company Traveler’s Notebook. I can confirm they are slightly smaller than the official TN so the inserts are not directly compatible but you could easily trim down if you wanted a different paper type for your journaling.

If you are unsure if the travel notebook system is for you, or if you want to introduce someone to journaling, this is a great compact and complete journal kit.

Thank you to Under the Rowan Trees for kindly gifting me this to review.
